With visits at the Cyprus Museum and in-studio workshops on ceramics and decorative art styles, we will be exploring local traditions from the depths of history. Focusing mostly on the museum’s ceramic artefacts and their intricate decor, the participants will get inspired not only by the forms but also the uses and symbolisms of these items. Eventually they will be able to develop their own objects made from clay or other materials they may choose depending on their concept and decorate it accordingly.
