Myrto holds a BA in Fine Arts from the Athens School of Fine Arts, Athens, Greece and an MA in Heritage and Interpretation, School of Museum Studies, from the Univercity of Leicester, UK. She is currently a Ph.D. student ath the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts at the Cy[rus University of Technology. She has been teaching art and design for the past 13 years in  private art studios. She is also a museum education program designer and fascilitator and is currently performing her research focusing on new and emerging media art in CYENS CoE.

Her practise lies between practise, theory and research, with her academic art foundations interdisciplining with new media and digital cultures.

Myrto has directed and managed the Art Hub for the past seven years. She has designed and developed the curricula and workshops for teens, life drawing, portfolio preparation and art history, as well as the specialised workshops and masterclasses sessions with visiting artists, designers and makers until 2020. She currently acts as a manager and mentor to portfolio students.
