DESCRIPTION:This seminar will introduce the fundamentals of sculpting with clay using a live model.\nA step-by-step process of constructing an anatomically accurate human figure will be taught during this seminar\, using additive and subtractive academic sculpting techniques. Koromias is a graduate of the Florence Academy of Art in Italy\, with specialisation in Academic Drawing and Painting. He later studied Sculpture at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design\, University of Dundee\, in Scotland. Having developed a particular interest in human anatomy and the special relationship that exists between Figurative Art and Anatomy\, he completed a Human Anatomy Écorché Course in the USA and subsequently earned an MSc degree with Distinction in Craniofacial Identification and Forensic Art at the Centre for Anatomy and Human Identification\, University of Dundee. His work has been exhibited in Cyprus and the UK\, including Edinburgh University’s Anatomical Museum and can also be found in private collections.

SUMMARY:> Animation and the Illusion of Life 2 Workshop/ 2D Hand drawn Fx workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is addressing the needs of beginners who want to start studying the art of elemental animation. The participants will get acquainted with the fundamentals of Fx design and the ways they can use it to successfully portray their imagination. \nThe workflow of hand drawn visual effects and also introduce the members to what is considered to be one of the most fun animation practices will be explored.
