SUMMARY:> Architecture Workshop / Infra - ordinary Nicosia
DESCRIPTION:Focusing on the infra-ordinary elements of Nicosia old city\, the unnoticed details and narratives of the mundane everyday are brought in focus to inform this workshop’s research and design aims. The participants will be introduced to architectural and general design processes such as graphical mapping\, on – site and personal research\, photography and project development. By the end of the sessions each participant is expected to deliver his / her own completed personal project and produce a final design piece. \nWorkshop structure / timeline: 15 contribution hours / 5 sessions\nΤuesday\, 4th of October\, 5 – 8 p.m.\nThursday\, 6th of October\, 5 – 8 p.m.\nΤuesday\, 11th of October\, 5 – 8 p.m.\nThursday\, 13th of October\, 5 – 8 p.m.\nFriday\, 14th of October\, 5 – 8 p.m.\nSuitable for potential and active art / architecture students as well as enthusiasts.\nParticipants will also be able to create a small portfolio project based on the workshop.\nLimited Number of Participants. \nWorkshop Coordinator: Eleftherios Nicolaou
